A few simple tips how to build stronger muscles effectively (= less time needed) to protect you from accidents and many diseases.

  1. Variate the workouts. Body becomes stronger when the stress is new.
  2. Only do exercises you know the right technics.
  3. Eat lots of meat, fish, chicken and other good proteins for 36 hours after workout. Vegetables 500 grams per day is good. Find your favourite water.
  4. Rest as much as you can.
